What's New?

We are growing....and to cope with the demand for classes (thank you everyone!) we have acquired workshop facilities above the shop. There are three rooms, one of which will be set up just with cutting and ironing surfaces positioned to alleviate back-ache. We move in at the beginning of September, and are really looking forward to our comfortable, brightly lit new workspace.

If you need to complete a project started on one of our courses, you are welcome to come along to the shop between 1pm and 4pm on Mondays and Fridays. You can also come along to Social Stitchers on a Thursday evening!

Have a look at our new workshops for 2012 - we are still adding them daily, so check back on a regular basis. If there is something you would really like to do, but isn't on the list, please e-mail us at: jane@nimble-thimble.co.uk

Wednesday night is Knit Night! Join us from 6pm - 9pm, £2 per hour for a sociable evening of knitting or crochet.

Thursday Sewcial Stitchers starts again on 15th September from 6pm until 9pm £2 per hour, including refreshments.

We now charge a small fee (£2 per session) for the use of sewing machines and rotary cutting kits. This is to help us with the cost of servicing and replacement parts.
